		Motivation
			The need to define some MOD attributes (mapfixes, motd) usign only 
			the server cvars. This way you wont need to use several mods and
			edited them to work as you like.
			The unglory task to try to keep our server's clean with no cheaters.

		Third Party Mods
			Some map fixes, included in this mod, were taken from Dogmeat's 
			Dogtag. 
			Also YoChoyLAMuete's Tunisia map fix.
